"It is my belief that most people see fitness as an isolated aspect of their life, one that can be ignored with little effect on day to day cognitive function. I see the fitness industry filled with unreasonable standards, and a living breathing ego that causes most people to dismiss it as some sort of vanity project. But it is more than that. It should be a tool for the intellectual, a means of furthering yourself. A stronger body leads to a stronger mind".

Having always been involved in martial arts since a young child, Damien has always been attracted to fitness. The traditional setting of a dojo lead to him having a firm understanding on the mental capabilities required to tackle every challenge. Finding a new passion in strength and conditioning, Damien has taken this mindset and used it to help other achieve what the initially thought that could not.
