Free consultation - Meet me in person, check out the training studio, with no obligations to sign up. This can also be done over the phone or or Skype/messenger if you prefer.
Goal Setting- To be done during the consultation session. Figure out exactly what you’re after with your training, and create a plan of attack!
3x 45 min personal training sessions - These will focus on teaching you the main compound lifts to guarantee optimal results. Learn to squat, deadlift, bench press, and over head press with correct form (Valued at $210)
1 Month Online Coaching - Create a profit on my online training platform, have your workouts emailed to you every day with video tutorials for every movement, as well as the ability to send me messages and videos straight from the app to my phone so I can make sure everything is going well and answer any questions you may have (valued at $150)
Nutritional and supplement guidance- find out the calories, and macros required to hit your goals, as well as information on supplementation!
