This programme consists of 3 days of weight training in a gym, and one day of 15 minute hiit, (high intensity interval training) which you have the option to do at home.
Alongside this programme, you have videos of each exercise as a reference tool and a contact button so we can keep in touch! any questions you have about your programme will go directly through to my personal phone!
There are also added options of uploading progress pics, nutritional advice etc
