Duration: 8 Weeks (2 weeks longer than the original “Girls Get Gains).

Please Note: We recommend completing Girls Get Gains Level 1 before purchasing this, unless you have experience training both the barbell back squat and deadlift.

Continue to build muscle and strength, as well as furthering your confidence in the gym! Carry on the momentum you have with our original plan, and keep building on it.

In this plan you will:

  • Continue to squat and deadlift more than you ever thought was possible.

  • Learn how to bench press to build up that upper body strength even more.

  • Begin to master performing a pull up - even if you can’t do one at all to begin with, you’ll be amazed at how much progress you’ll make in executing this one.

We will also be upping your HIIT training with the introduction to a tool that will help you push your conditioning even further - THE KETTLEBELL.

We recommend purchasing an 8kg kettlebell (you can pick these up relatively cheaply at stores such as Kmart) so that you can do these workouts at home. Alternatively, this HIIT training can be done at the gym
